He was the Chief Executive Officer for the Illini Medical Associates, SC, prior to becoming the Chief Medical Officer/Medical Group President for Jersey Community Hospital for six years.
Dr. McNear has been a resident of Greene County for 20+ years and was an elected official of the Greene County Board of Commissioners until 2020.
Kendal began her career in the medial field right after High School, working as a CNA while going to nursing school at SIUE. She graduated in 2015 with her Bachelor’s degree and spent some time working as a psychiatric nurse and an obstetrics nurse before finding her home as an ER nurse at Boyd Hospital. In 2020, she earned her Master’s degree from Maryville University, then transitioned to the Carrollton Rural Health Clinic as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kendal really enjoys getting to know her primary care patients and helping them reach their health goals. She also enjoys taking care of walk-in clinic patients. She states that "the wide variety of patients we see at the clinic ensures that every day is different and provides the enjoyment of learning new things". A little about Kendal’s past: “I grew up in Calhoun County and my maiden name was Baalman. I later married my husband Nate, and moved to Carrollton. We have two daughters. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy reading, shopping, running, boating, and traveling.”
Tracie began her nursing career in 2009, graduating from Lewis and Clark Community College. Her career with Boyd Healthcare Services began in 2011 as an ER Nurse. In 2012, Tracie obtained her BS from Mckendree College. She continued on to earn her Master’s Degree from Maryville University, 不久之后, transitioned to the Roodhouse Rural Health Clinic as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
